These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and baji taka ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content made available through the baji taka website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By completing the registration process — including providing your name, date of birth, contact information, and confirming your agreement to these Terms — you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding contract with baji taka. This agreement takes effect from the moment your account registration is confirmed.

baji taka reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via a notice on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the baji taka Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this overall agreement between you and the platform.

Access to and use of the baji taka platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. baji taka operates a strict 18+ policy across all services without exception. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned where technically and legally permissible.
• Residency and Legal Capacity: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited, and you must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may only hold one baji taka account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under any other identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You confirm that you are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme, whether administered by baji taka or any other gaming platform, and that you are not knowingly suffering from a gambling addiction at the time of registration.
• Not Acting on Behalf of a Third Party: You confirm that you are registering and playing on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other individual or entity.

baji taka reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the platform may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the baji taka platform in full, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi network (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel Bangladesh).

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, baji taka applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport — bio-data page
• Proof of residential address — recent utility bill or bank statement (within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership — screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, or your bank

KYC documents must be submitted in clear digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). baji taka will process verification requests within two business days. During the verification period, deposit and gaming functions remain available; however, withdrawals may be held pending successful identity confirmation.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. baji taka will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baji taka support immediately at [email protected].

Account Currency

All baji taka accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed after the account is opened. No foreign currency is accepted or held on the platform.

baji taka supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in BDT through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for high-volume deposits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your baji taka account within two minutes of successful payment confirmation from the provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• baji taka does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which baji taka bears no responsibility.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes during operational hours (24/7). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing (no outstanding disputes, no active restriction flags).
• baji taka reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger our internal risk thresholds. In such cases, processing may take up to five business days.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

baji taka is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. We apply transaction monitoring, pattern analysis, and — where required — report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable obligations. Accounts involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended pending investigation, and funds may be held during this period.

baji taka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the required verification steps and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each player is entitled to claim a given promotional offer once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• All bonus funds are credited in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Standard wagering requirements on baji taka range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.
• Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%; crash games and sports bets contribute at rates specified within the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• baji taka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account and wagering has commenced, the terms in effect at the time of crediting will apply.

Welcome Bonus

New baji taka players who complete full account registration and make their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific welcome bonus percentage, maximum BDT amount, minimum odds (for sportsbook welcome offers), and wagering requirement are displayed on the promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonus eligibility requires that you opt in to the offer during the registration or first-deposit process — retrospective claims are not accepted.

Bonus Abuse

baji taka monitors bonus usage patterns. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using two or more accounts to place opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome ("bonus hedging"), and any form of systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from abuse activity voided.

All casino games available on baji taka — including live dealer games, video slots, crash games, table games, and virtual sports — are supplied by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game operates in accordance with its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on baji taka use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. RNG certification is held by the relevant game provider and is subject to periodic independent audit. The use of automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software to influence or predict RNG outcomes is strictly prohibited.

Return-to-Player (RTP) Rates

Published RTP rates for each slot and RNG table game are available within the game's information panel. These rates represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Live casino games operate according to standard physical game rules and are subject to the house edge inherent in those game types.

Disputed Game Outcomes

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or disputed game result, baji taka will investigate using server-side game logs, which constitute the definitive record of game activity. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on baji taka's side, the wager will be returned to the player's account. Faults caused by the player's own internet connection or device do not qualify for automatic refund, though support cases will be reviewed individually.

Sportsbook Betting Rules

Sportsbook bets placed on baji taka are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.). In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. baji taka reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match abandonment, venue changes materially affecting the market, or verifiable data errors. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as a free stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji taka platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, regardless of the device, IP address, or identity used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18, or assisting, enabling, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sportsbook market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any live casino game or poker-style product.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not occur under normal game conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and subject to recovery.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including hedging bonus bets, multi-accounting to claim welcome offers, and any other systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the baji taka platform, its software, its databases, or its communications infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the baji taka support team or any other platform user.

baji taka employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours will trigger an immediate account review. During this review, account access and withdrawal functionality may be suspended without prior notice. Players whose accounts are suspended under this provision will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases of verified fraud or criminal activity, where immediate permanent closure applies.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your baji taka account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met or that the applicable bonus funds are forfeited at the player's election.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — may request a permanent closure or a defined exclusion period (30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority and take effect within one hour of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, baji taka will also suppress all marketing communications to the excluded player.

Termination by baji taka

baji taka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may be subject to an administration fee of ৳100 per month after the 12-month inactivity threshold, applied against the remaining balance)
• A requirement to comply with applicable legal obligations or regulatory guidance

Where an account is terminated by baji taka for a reason other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's last registered payment method within five business days of termination.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months during which no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded. baji taka will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email and mobile number before applying any dormancy fee. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a re-verification step at any time while the account remains open.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and the reasonable expectations of online gaming participants operating within the Bangladesh market. In the event of a dispute between you and baji taka, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. baji taka aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within two business days and to provide a final determination within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
