Eligibility & Age Restriction

baji taka employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours will trigger an immediate account review. During this review, account access and withdrawal functionality may be suspended without prior notice. Players whose accounts are suspended under this provision will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases of verified fraud or criminal activity, where immediate permanent closure applies.
Account Closure & Termination
Closure by the Player

Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met or that the applicable bonus funds are forfeited at the player's election.

Termination by baji taka

- Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC
- Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts may be subject to an administration fee of ৳100 per month after the 12-month inactivity threshold, applied against the remaining balance)
- A requirement to comply with applicable legal obligations or regulatory guidance
Where an account is terminated by baji taka for a reason other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's last registered payment method within five business days of termination.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months during which no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded. baji taka will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email and mobile number before applying any dormancy fee. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a re-verification step at any time while the account remains open.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and the reasonable expectations of online gaming participants operating within the Bangladesh market. In the event of a dispute between you and baji taka, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication in the first instance.
